Thank you for the return call regarding Amber Eubanks. I apologize for the delay in my reply - I was teaching an new-hire orientation class yesterday - so I'm just now getting caught up with voicemail's. We declined Amber for employment based upon the information provided in your first report and from speaking with her - it was clear that you had the correct information even without the correct social security number. She was aware of all of the charges (although she still tried to lie to me about some of them.)
At this point there is no need to re-run the report with the correct social security number - but I appreciate the offer and sincerely appreciate your assistance with this issue. Amber certainly isn't the sort of individual who we'd wish to employ.
